I Can't Access My Hotmail Inbox

I have tried gnoting under E Mail get the Microsoft page  page containing overview notification  etc  but can not see  any way to access e mail.     >    I have gone under google and looked up Hotmail gone under email under windows    I had this computer for not even a year  have called technical support and  always speak to someone I cant understand in no way mean that in any disrespect I just can get any answers if I cant understand what they sayt so I am plus they are always trying to sale me something.  Again do not mean to sound sdotty or mean it is just  I call, stay on the phone a long time and come away with no new knowledge  Wish there was an area that could answer Questions clearly in screen that is fairly clear.  I am a senior citizen  retired. Up to 6 years ago I was employed at a job that I used a computer and was fairly good   I had a table top computer and also  able to navigate very well or could figure it out.  Since I bought this one off HSN I have had trouble finding or figuring how to find things  Please help me. I really want to do things on this and cannot afford right now to get

a new differ brand  I like what tthis one was presented to do with but cant get to it  This one is supposed to type when I talk   cant find that either.  I am so sorry to sound so complaining but am really just looking to really use this in my old age.  thank you for your help in d if you can lead me to a "HOW CAN /HOW DO?   I will be glad to research this before I call anyone.
