I Can't Access My Hotmail Inbox

When I sign into my account I cannot see my inbox.

I get the Microsoft account page containing the Overview, Notifications etc, but cannot see any way to access my emails.

    Wow sad to see that this same issue has been going on this long omg. Went to a chat with help last week resolved issue,but back again. Any other devices i can sign in and view my emails. But not from my own computer šŸ˜£

    And what are you trying to use for the access on Windows 10?

    I have used different browsers, I have used the new app. offered to access all emails but that never synced my accountsĀ so I could try to use them, they did not open. Today I was able to open the Hotmail from my account page. When trying to open from the main page I would be directed to the email app.

    I try to access my account. Once I type my email/password and press enter, it just goes to a blank white screen, then eventually says a connection could not be made. Once that happens, I click in the URL and press enter. It goes to the Outlook loading page, but it loads to I'd say about 95% and then just stops and does nothing? Whats going on?

    After typing email address and password, it shows:Ā 

    This site canā€™t be reached

    col128.mail.live.comĀ refused to connect.

    it happened to both IE and Chrome.

    pls help.
