When I sign into my account I cannot see my inbox.

I get the Microsoft account page containing the Overview, Notifications etc, but cannot see any way to access my emails.

I, too, am having a problem trying to access my old e-mail account which somehow I erased from my iPad and I recently set up a new account at outlook.com but when I try to type in my old hotmail.com account the new one comes up--how can I get a hold of the old account--desperate--need those old e-mails I've had in that account since the 1990s--can you help me?

Hi Jeffrey, i've been using my hotmail for 7 years and for the first time i got the problem with my ibox. I failed to get in it by either my laptop or mobilephone. The message appeared as below (despite my effort to unblock the account). Can you help me sought out what's actually the problem with my account? I got people complained that they cannot send me email and that my email address doesn't exist. Thank you very much.
