When I sign into my account I cannot see my inbox.

I get the Microsoft account page containing the Overview, Notifications etc, but cannot see any way to access my emails.

Have you tried clearing out your browser's cache and cookies and then trying again?

    > Our inboxes are NOT BLOCKED we just can't find anywhere to click that says INBOX!

Are you saying that when you log into http://mail.live.com/ you don't see the folder "Inbox", along with your other folders, in the left-hand folder list?

When I sign in I see everything in your picture except the list of messages on the right.  I see the entire folder list on the left, Inbox,  Junk, Drafts, etc., and the number of items contained in each ("Deleted: 138"), but nothing is viewable on the right-hand side of the screen when I click on a folder in the left-hand list, it's all blank space there.  If I select any folder other than Inbox, "Empty folder" appears to the right of "New" on the top line.  It's not a problem signing in, and apparently not some security issue, either, because I can actually write and send an e-mail after I hit the New button on the top line.  But once the message is sent, I can't see that message in my Sent folder, even though it's there, because the list of sent messages won't display on the right side of the screen like they should when I select the Sent folder from the left-hand list.

This problem began for me two days ago.  I'm using my computer at home and don't have a phone or any other device that has internet access.   Anything else I can tell you?
