I Can't Access My Hotmail Inbox

We are on vacation and this is my spouses computer.

not sure  I have so many pronlems and not sure what my problem was before tee hee   but thank you for the responce   if you see another question that dues not mAKesence feel free to jump in

I lotb my reply to you which I am not suprised  Imhave tot gotten a ompleted answer any time I hve calleed   You sje me idI have called Microsoft  tech  M y answer is yes but I got a recorded souunded answer that had no help   Sam respons  for easch question.  I bought this lap top because of the many features it offerd and I was ver thrrilled.  I have had this lap top and calle d many times and noy able to get to ofim where to look where to find to get to all these.  Igrantb you I do not have the ability to wor or understand a computer like I used to but you have to undrstandd I have had a stroke  but the way it was advertised I thought hey I could be alble to do that never thinking I would not get a rint out on how or where to to find something  even a car; alarm clock etc. does this   Now I have called tech support and the info I dget is with every fdifferent prolem my The way to the solution was "for $350.00 fora service aggreement wecac fix all your problems This  will cover yoy for 2 years.  Next time I calld about another help I neee ((still had te same previous problrm) but this time they offed it for 250.00 for ayear an hn I tld them all I got was SS check once a month and did not hve it  they said ai could have it for 150.00 .  I felt like I was buying a car and would not call back again.  so I will not call again and will try to find someone to help me find my tthru it I will be able to give a true evaluation  on microft  Imwill also  d  this in corrrspondence  to Hewlett Pakard and tell  them yhey need help you to explain to those who are not so experiece so hey can work on theie omputer in less than a year. Hey Jeffrey - I just tried opening my Hotmail account on my desktop and I get the following URL with a blank window (my Inbox appears and then disappears!):  https://blu170.mail.live.com/default.aspx?id=64855&owa=1&owasuffix=owa%2f

Can you tell me what's going on?  FYI I have no problem getting Hotmail messages on my iPad or phone.

ERR_FAILED

When I sign into my account I cannot see my inbox.

I get the Microsoft account page containing the Overview, Notifications etc, but cannot see any way to access my emails.

not yet it solve , problem still there
