Sorry, but posting personal information here violates the Code of Conduct for these forums. Here's the line from the FAQ:

"Don't post information that could be used by others to steal your identity, like your street address, your phone number, your social security number, or your credit card number."

Note that the forum software automatically recognizes email addresses and obfuscates them. It doesn't recognize phone numbers, so we moderators obfuscate them when wee see them. Your right to free speech doesn't apply here. The forums belong to Microsoft and you can't post anything you wish, just like you can't shout anything you wish in a movie theater.

As to some of the other things you say, I don't understand some of what you mean. I For example, I don't know what "your co staff" means and what's "Lenox Mint Sara"? Are you referring somehow to Linux Mint 18 "Sarah" Cinnamon?

Brian. Thank You for your quick response. I'm disappointed again in MS's interference in my choice to post a cell phone record. First, I am aware when I post a Personal Cell Number or personal Email. Since I never utilize credit paths, there is nothing to steal. Second MS's Choice to do so as it is an interference in a First Amendment Right and not in the the territorial jurisdiction, i.e. possession domain of MS, but rather I believe a national and international ICC violation. Third since the problem is MS Outlook created so contact should have been immediate to your co staff. Fourth, Restoration has at least on this my slower windows 7 lenovo laptop been at least partially  restored in order for me to even see or respond to your response to me but my faster laptop  the one I utilize more than daily with Lenox Mint Sara the most current OS is still unable to download "Just the Emails". Funny how that discrimination is aliened. I'm at least a little hopeful now as I can access my archives and communications even if it is inconvenient. Thank you again though.

If your account was very recently migrated to the new platform, it can take hours to days for your existing mail to appear. It's not lost or deleted, just in limbo while the new platform syncs with the old platform. If after a week your mail hasn't reappeared, post again and I'll contact a person I know on the Outlook.com team who can take a look at the mailbox.

When I refreshed my in box it opened in a new look without any presentment of the 3447 items of mail viewable in my in box prior to refreshing my browser. I did not authorize any mail deletion when I requested a refresh. I did not request any change in my ability to access my mail nor was given any opportunity to copy and paste or backup my mail. So Outlook has stolen my mail in violation of its longstanding contract agreement to protect and maintain that mail and is committing federal mail fraud; Or possibly they are having technical difficulty and will give me access to my mail coon which is needed immediately not at the convenience of their presentment changes. I am looking for FCC reporting addresses to file lettered evidence complaint pleading by US Postal Mail.   Contact me by text at (xxx) xxx xxxx if you have such federal agency addresses or how to restore and access my 3447 items of mail in box mail.
