When I sign into my account I cannot see my inbox.

I get the Microsoft account page containing the Overview, Notifications etc, but cannot see any way to access my emails.

See if you can log in from an Incognito window.

I also am unable to open my hotmail inbox.  I've tried on the 2 hotmail accounts that I have and both respond the same way.  It seems as if I'm logged in, but unable to open the mailbox.  I tried on my husband's computer and was able to see it, so it seems as if it has something to do with my computer.  This is message I get:

    client-request-id: 022DDF6E19794D82874506E5F3C85D3B_1476411791727
    X-OWA-Error: SDServerErr;null
    X-OWA-Version: null
    X-FEServer: null
    X-BEServer: null
    Date: 10/14/2016 2:23:16 AM

I use Chrome for browsing.  I've cleared the browser cache as I read in earlier posts.  Trying to sign in at live is the same result.  Is it just Chrome that is having the issue I wonder?

    Thanks

I can access my hotmail/outlook account on my phone and at work, but not on my personal computer.  When I try to sign in, I am taken to a page to choose a language and time zone.  It never moves on from that page!
