I Can't Access My Hotmail Inbox

Same problem as everyone else - hotmail, but no other email I use, is demanding personal identifying information, and then even when I eneter it I can't access my inbox. What the f? I've read through the info on this page, there's still no answer that makes clear sense, and that's unacceptable. Deleting this hotmail account as soon as I can notify my contacts not to use the hotmail account any more.

This is insane people!  So many people want to get to their email/inbox and you have to jump through hoops to do the most basic simple thing. Enter codes and verifications and security this and security that, it's craziness.  I've been stuck on my accounts settings page for 20 mins trying to figure out how to get to my inbox, I'm sick of this sh%*t already.

Our sincere apologies for the confusion.  After going to Accounts Summary page, you can access your emails by going to https://www.outlook.com either on the same browser tab or on a new tab.  Simply type the said webpage on the address bar of your browser.

I understand you are having difficulties signing in to your Microsoft account even after resetting your password several times.  In this case, let me assist you by referring you to the Microsoft Account Private Support **here**since all Microsoft account related issues are being supported via Private Messages.  Please choose the error message you have encountered.

It's good to see that people posting about this issue have maintained their patience with Microsoft's clear disregard their users and the frustration with what is a ridiculous process that has been put in place.

I still cant access my inbox after several 'resets', I dont want to see my account info, nor have I ever. I would really like to see my emails though.  I am sure that like many I am at the point of abandoning Hotmail altogether due to the clear lack of concern shown by its "support" team... and lets be honest reading through the above posts there is no suport, saying you appreciate our concerns and then doing nothing to fix the problem is greatly annoying.

Somebody... please... outline in simple steps... how I get to see my emails!!! I know my login, I know my password, I just want access to my own emails
