When I sign into my account I cannot see my inbox.

I get the Microsoft account page containing the Overview, Notifications etc, but cannot see any way to access my emails.

in 2016 I couldn't get my emails, so I downloaded the app to my computer and this seemed to work, until today March 1st 2017.  What is going on????   And how do I get my emails?? This is really frustrating, as there are some seriously important emails that I NEED!!.
