I have the same issue here.

I was able to use my facebook chat on my Windows phone 8 until thursday 14 February morning. Then it stopped. Since then no chance to make it work, deleting and recreating, changing password, etc. nothing works.

    Symptoms are:

    1. I can send messages to facebook from either outlook.com or my phone. Messages are sent.
    2. I don't get message neither on the phone, neither on outlook.com
    3. When I send a message from my phone or from outlook.com, there is no sync on the outgoing messages. So what I send out from outlook.com is not visible on the phone and viceversa.

Do you have any findings on this issue?

It's really a great functionality and I believe that there should be the highest priority over this issue.

    Thanks

    Hi coinstar99,

If I understand your issue correctly, your issue is about connecting your Microsoft account to your Facebook account. In this case, you need to create a new post on this link for Profile forum.

    Thank You.

    Hello,

We would like to clarify if you're using a web messenger or Windows Messenger client. If you're using Windows Messenger client, are you connected in Facebook? Please check your settings by following the steps below:

    1. Go to http://profile.live.com/services/connect?sourceid=fb&authz=true
    2. Click "Connect with Facebook" ****3. Follow the connect flow in the pop-up.
    3. Please sign out and sign in your account in Windows Live Photo Gallery and try to upload the photos in Facebook again.

If you've already done with the steps that has been provided, remove your connection in Facebook and try to add your Facebook account again using the steps that had been provided.

Let us know the results afterwards.

    Thanks!

I have tried this a few times, but I keep getting a page cannot be displayed error. Is anyone else still getting this?

    Hi,

I sincerely apologize for not being able to answer your post in a timely manner. We are experiencing high contact volume at this time which has caused our delayed response. Our team is still investigating this issue. We appreciate your patience while we work through this situation as quickly as possible.

    Thanks!

Its really really ridiculous that till now I haven't got any response from your side. What the he11 is your team doing? Is it really Microsoft? Why don't your engineers are showing any efforts to solve the issue?

Its 4 months - issue still unresolved and you call it as Customer Satisfaction. If someone asks me for the worst company in the world, I'll say Microsoft Answers tops in that.

Give me a time frame by  when I can expect my problem to get resolved.
