Still getting emails from blocked sender

I keep getting spam emails from the same senders even though I've already blocked their domains, as well as all of the other email addresses/domains that were found in the message sources.

  • WHY am I still receiving messages from domains that are blocked??
  • Why is there no option to simply block a sender's I.P. address?

All of the spam I receive comes from the same 3 or 4 I.P. addresses, but they have tons of domains at their disposal to spam people with.

I don't want to resort to creating a new 'rule' every time these idiots come up with a new domain to send their spam from. So before you suggest that I create a new rule for each and every one of these email addresses, my response to that is NO. I shouldn't have to. Aside from the fact that doing such a thing would be far too time-consuming, when I block someone, I expect my email provider to perform that function properly and without fail.

Outlook.com doesn't check rules or blocked senders for messages in the Junk folder so it's pointless to try to block the senders for junk messages. They're junk. Ignore them.

Sir, I completely understand if those types of emails arrive in the junk folder that is where they belong. When I block these messages coming into my junk folder by address or by domain name the same thing keeps on happening. Regarding rules, there is a limit of rules you can set up for blocked senders and I have reached the maximum amount so then again I have no choice but to keep seeing and receiving these messages arriving in my junk or inbox. I would like to add something here to this post. I have been in the information technology business for almost 30 years with full development, testing and putting into production all types of software applications and if I were ever to turn over something like this into production to a customer or a client that does not work properly and correctly I would be collecting and panhandling money on the streets of New York City for a living. I believe you follow what I am saying again respectfully.
