Outlook.com Font keeps changing

We apologize for the delayed response. Let me help you with your concern regarding your formatting in your emails. There is a possibility that you change the "Message font" settings for your outgoing message. If you want to change the font size of your outgoing message, please follow the steps below.

1. Login to your account.
2. Click the cog or gear icon.
3. Click more mail settings.
4. Under Writing email, click Message font and signature
5. Under Message font, you can now choose which font you'd like to start off with when you write a new message.

WE keep trying to tell Microsoft/Outlook that none of the steps above are working anymore!  It continues to default back to a very tiny 8 point Calibri.  We have vision immpaired folks---we have always used it larger and not Calibri---ever--- we change it and it will not stay...that is what everyone here has bee telling you.....can you help?

thank you for at least acknowleding us.  This problem is not only on OUTGOING mail, it is also for incoming.  From another email server we have created messages using Verdana 16point and sent to the MSN OUTLOOK account.  In the OUTLOOK inbox, the mail appears as Calibri 8 point.

we all look forward to the true resulution of this issue.
