Outlook.com Font keeps changing

I am using Outlook.com on Windows 7 (SP1) and IE10 (with latest update.)

Language is set to English UK.

The font keeps changing when I send an email.

No matter what font and size I use this problem occurs.

I type an email and it looks fine and then I send it.

However, when I see it in the sent folder, the font on some lines or paragraphs has changed - normally to a smaller size.

If I paste anything from a Word Document, the problem is even worse.

I have sent myself emails from Outlook.com using another account and email client to receive them and the emails look terrible and very unprofessional.

I have tried every solution suggested on the internet clear IE temporary files etc. uninstall Silverlight - but to no avail.

I have used Google Chrome browser - same problem.

Until I can resolve this, I am using eM Client software to send and received my outlook.com emails.

Is anyone aware of this problem please and any potential solutions.

    Mine was the very first post on this subject. It has obviously got worse since then. I still use Outlook but access it via Windows Live Mail. This isn't very good when you consider that Outlook.com should have been a flagship product. I now doubt that Microsoft are taking this matter seriously.

    yes, Tina is correct. the font in OUTLOOK changes, during and after being sent.  and I have sent email to myself in one font, when I open it , it has completely changed in both font and pitch!  really annoying. Microsoft now finally saying the yacknowledge that we are having an issue, but other than posts in somewhat broken English saying they are aware, nothing is improving. I agree

    with you....it has gotten worse.

    Do you need Jing or other videos showing this happening live?  Please post whatever additional info that users could send that engineers think would help.  

    If you already sufficiently understand the problem, cool--we will try to continue to be patient.  

    But as an active user of yahoo mail, gmail, and gmail for enterprise, I can say this is hurting your core value prop as the best brand for professional productivity.  Basic WYSIWYG fidelity, pre and post send, is table stakes.  C'mon!

    Do hurry.

    We perfectly understand how important to work with your emails without any problems and we apologize for this inconvenience. 

    Please be informed that we are already aware on this issue. Our Product Group is working for a fix on this. We cannot give you any false hope/expectation when this will be fix but we can assure you that this will be resolve in time.

    As a workaround while our engineering team is working on this, you can access your email account using a Mail App or Email Client so that you'll be able to compose or work with your email without any problem.

    The font does NOT keep changing when composing. It changes AFTER it is sent.

    Grand808, my font DOES changing when composing. Sometimes even mid-word!!
