I also cannot find the "other options" either.

Perhaps connecting with HTTPS is now the only way to connect (i.e., connecting with HTTP no longer available) ... and thus that option is no longer needed. That's my guess ... cannot say for sure. I tried searching but could not find anything from Microsoft stating that HTTPS is now the only way one can connect.

After I successfully log into my account (step 1), I am unable to find item #2. Where are the "other options" located? How do you show them?

• Did you rename your account prior to this issue?

This is a very old thread, that already has been answered ... so it is less likely that a Forum Moderator will respond to your recent post.

I suggest that you start a new thread and ask for help in that thread.

I am having this same issue, have tried everything I can find on this forum, and nothing works.  I am still unable to login to Hotmail and NEED to get to my emails.

Please advise.
