Hello,
Thank you for posting back and sorry for the late response. I've checked your account and verified that everything is working fine on our end. If
you want to sync your contacts, calendars and emails to your device, the best configuration settings that you need to use is EAS (Exchange Active Sync). EAS configuration will automatically sync all that information.
To setup your account as EAS on your iPhone device, refer to the steps below to remedy this issue:
- Restart your device to refresh the system.
- Tap Settings, and then tap Mail, Contacts, Calendar.
- Tap Add Account in the Accounts page.
- Select Outlook.com or Hotmail (selecting this option will automatically connect your account as EAS on your device)
- Enter your address and password.
- Select the fields that you want to sync. Tap Save.
In case the issue still persists another way to resolve the issue to download Outlook app and installed on your device. To know how, take time to read this Microsoft article:
**Mobile Outlook.com**.
Should you have other questions or any other concerns, please reply to this thread and we will be happy to further assist you.
