I want to switch back to the original live hotmail...I don`t like the new setup of outlook.com

I somehow just wanted to see the new outlook.com but ended up losing my old hotmail look and feel.  Not able to log in as it told me my account didnt exist. I am not pleased with the look of the new mail and dont find it handierso would like to revert to original....please tell me how to!

I am going back to my old hotmail trough Google not sure how long that will last ? Outlook still insisting for me to change  but I won’t  as I like to feel free to choose what ever I want …

I just received a reply and they are saying that Hotmail CANNOT be reverted back to even by us 15 years users so they are telling us to go and look at all the wonderment of outlook, not listening to us users is what they have decided to do. Like I said we aren't important, us users having so much trouble with outlook and hating the setup, not being able to see the titles of the emails which lead to all kinds of stuff you DO NOT want, spam etc, but again, they really don't care about us users, they think this horrible outlook is really better, NEWSFLASH to Microsoft, OUTLOOK IS A SAD  TRIAL AND US USERS ARE EVEN SADDER THAT YOU DOT CARE WHAT WE WANT.

You know what the worst part is, they ASK US here in this forum what would make OUT{C-R-A-P}LOOK better, yet when we tell them EXACTLY what we feel, what we want, the canned reply is always go to some url to see why Outlook is so much better, so much more improved.   Yet we have read, we have used Outlook and that IT DOES NOT MEET ANYONES EXPECTATIONS with the EXCEPTION of MSN and their own support system, which in all reality is a joke within a joke since noone can stand up and admit THEY MADE A HUGE MISTAKE with Outlook and things SHOULD be returned back to Hotmail as it was before this new C_-R_-A-_P called Outlook ever was pushed down our throat.

So even though we give our feedback and give what we think, it's all just being ignored and swept under the table, hoping we will just go away and accept the garbage Outlook for what it is, Hotmail IT ISN'T and Hotmail IT WILL NEVEAR BE.     And I,  like many here loathe that we are now stuck with such an IMPERFECT, UNFRIENDLY e-mail system that JUST DOESN'T HOLD A CANDLE to HOTMAIL!!!

We keep speaking, but NOONE is bothering to really listen.  If I had run my business like this before I retired, I'd have been OUT OF BUSINESS by NOT TRULY LISTENING to MY CUSTOMERS.

But we all know MSN IS NOT customer friendly, this thread and the responses forthcoming after the forced changeover prove that infeltestimely!

now there is NO WAY to get back to Hotmail if you like me made the mistake od believing outlook was better. The truth of the matter is outlook sucks, and after 15 years of having and loving Hotmail they not only change it but finding out so many users hate the set up they wont let us go back to Hotmail. we must assume it's money driving this because when SO MANY users are telling them WE HATE IT!! and they do nothing, we also must assume we the user isn't important because $$$$$ is bottom line and we don't mean anything in that equation.

You may be on to something here. Maybe only those that "UPGRADED" to the monthly payment service plan love this C-R-A-P called Outlook {more like HORRIDLOOK too me}. And I'll bet most of the folks here complaining probably have been and were using the FREE Hotmail service, so since we aren;t sending in any $$ to support Outlook, we're getting the worst service they can offer us.

Sorry MSN, but that's EXACTLY how it appears to me now.

Prove it wrong and bring back the Hotmail we all could use without so many problems and issues! I have been using hotmail myself for what I think was over 18 years, since I've pretty much had it all my former cats life that was 18.5 years old when we had to put him down Wed. afternoon 3/13.

But this Outlook is just downright so USER UNFRIENDLY, DIFFICULT TO USE and the LOOK is just not as pleasing or asthetic as Hotmail had been.

 It really would be in the best interest of all from what I read here and other places, that MSN take the hint and the ball and go back to a reliable, user friendly hotmail.
