Recurring email "Reconnect to Google"

It's not a scam. Rather than click on the link in the email (to be safe), you can go to the People hub in Outlook.com and you'll see the connection to Google is broken.

How/why it gets broken is still a mystery to me. I know it'll tend to get triggered (sometimes) when I open a Windows app (Mail, Calendar) that I haven't opened in a while but sometimes it'll come randomly. There's not much rhyme/reason. It's annoying but I really don't get much value connecting to Google from Outlook.com so eventually I'll probably just remove the connection altogether.

This helped me but I was unable to find the link on my account page. I could not fix this problem until you provided the link. Maybe it is only accessible for english users?

You need to make this page (https://profile.live.com/) more easy to access. 

When I am using the swedish page (https://account.microsoft.com/) it is impossible to find.

Why am I having to link google to my microsoft account. The last time I did that google took over and I coudn't use my regular email for a google group. It automatically got converted over to the gmail address I was trying to change to my outlook.com mail.

I get this message since signing out of my Microsoft Account and not signing back in, I think.

Everything seems to be working OK otherwise so why do I need to connect via the Microsoft account? My emailing seems OK, including gmail.

I haven't the faintest idea of who these 'friends from all services' are.

What am I missing?

I think it's hilarious this was never fixed. I've just come to accept it...
