I am receiving continuos emails from microsoft saying that lost connection to google account, everytime I reconnect after about 10 min microsoft lost connection again and I receive another email.

Is the problem some config in google account or changes in google services?

Is the problem some config in  microsoft account security?

Note: When reconnecting, the permission asked by google is only offline access.

    Hi Everyone,

Let me help you regarding the email you're receiving on your account.

Please be informed that Google has made a change to their security defaults and disable the use of Basic Authentication by Google accounts. This will break Gmail connections to Outlook.com. To know more, you can read the article below:

Outlook cannot connect to Gmail after July 15, 2014

We recommends enabling basic authentication for your Google account. In addition, we also suggest to use Google's Two-step verification featured combined with an App password for Outlook.com This will option will increase your overall account security. Pleas check the articles below:

    About 2-Step Verification

    Sign in using App Passwords

While you're at it, using Two-step verification for your Microsoft Account is a good idea too, to do this, please follow the steps on the article below:

    Two-step verification: FAQ

If the issue still persists, don't hesitate to inform us and we'll be happy to further assist you.

    Thank you.
