Original title: When you switched my hotmail to outlook, you removed my signature and rainbow picture. I cannot seem to retrieve this and even when I tried to do it on outlook, I cannot get my rainbow on! Help!

Hi everyone, been trying to sort this problem for ages, and have tried EVERYTHING. As a last option I tried another computer- pc- mine is a mac, and viola! works perfectly. Seems to be a problem with my old mac not copying images from online.
