How to merge 2 Microsoft accounts?

I noticed that you have posted several times lately asking simular questions that I have had.

I admit I am not familiar with type of Live or Outlook Accounts you are trying to merge.

I can only tell you what I have learned over the past month. 

1. You can not merge a pop (ie.hotmail, live, or msn account)  What you can do if you don't have 2 set up, is using your pop account you can create an new alies account and use the same password for it.  I haven't tried this but it appears that doing in this way you would have access to all your mail, folders cloud services, as well as send and receive email.  

I was unaware of this and made the mistake of setting up a complete new account under Outlook.com for the sole reason if needing to log in to my Wind I was 10 system.

So from what I can tell in my case I am never going to be able to link or merge my accounts in the same way thatI have the ability to do with my Google account.  

So I suppose I should be thankful that my outlook_com has never been used and there is a possibility that I well be able t I deleted it without doing much harm.

Is it possible to move my MS office professional from one Microsoft account to the one containing my One drive files so that office can be used on mobile and desktop, since windows mobile only allows the use of one master acct?

What do you mean my "move Office Professional from one account to another" and which application within the Microsoft Office suite are you talking about, if any?

I am sorry to bother you again regarding this matter.

I had to reformat my Windows 10 Pro system so I no longer have Outlook.com.  I do have 365 but Outlook will not download all my folders and I can only read 1000 emails with the newest Date of 2013. 

I know that sounds like a lot but I have had several business IT Magazines, From PowerShell.com, Windows IT Pro, Intel. AMD, NVidia, Redmond and several companies I purchase from. 

I can't close out my msn.com account at the moment because I am in the middle of purchasing 3 new Windows 10 Pro systems.  It would be very hard to change my contact history with Windows IT Pro because as of the middle of last year they no longer take subscriptions.  I still have access using my msn.com account for Visual Studio and SQL issues. 

I know it would be best all around to have my primary Email as Outlook.com I am sure it would sync better and I have read the newest 2016 book which makes it look very inviting.

I know you said to use Windows Live Mail but as I understood it Windows Live Mail was not going to be supported on Windows 10 Systems.  In addition since I have Windows 10 Pro upgrade on my systems from the free subscription how do I change these systems to use a new Outlook.com and remove the msn.com as my log on?

I am sorry if I am blanking out as to how you are suggesting the process of transferring my current emails from msn.com to Outlook.com.  But if you would mind sending me an email or posting the steps I should take as well as how to transfer my services (ie. 365 with 1 tb Storage, Office 2013, and my Paid support from Microsoft Answer Desk) to in my Microsoft Account that has my primary account under my msn.com.

After posting here I have tried to reach someone or find an email address to the .live department that handles the Outlook.com email.  Of course that has been very disappointing.

this is what I wanted to do. my college gave me an Office account different than my MS account that I am typing from. I cannot log into my office account unless I log into an unknown computer because my browser automatically logs me into this MS account on office.com. My office account is using my school email and this account is using my personal email. This drives Windows 10 crazy because I use this account to log into Windows and it wouldn't accept my school login on Office. I guess Windows 10 has some kind of auto completion for all MS products. Windows 7 allows me to login to office using the correct school email whereas Windows 10 doesn't. That is why I want to link or merge office and Microsoft accounts
