How to merge 2 Microsoft accounts?

this does not apply to such a basic request.

Windows 10 has been out to the public since July 29, 2015. Granted you manged to tye up all the escalation Techs by having them call back customers to reschedule the scheduled cases created for them. (wasted time & money) & you did deliver to systems through out the month but it is now September 5th. I would like to know when a. Windows 10  will be a real w I ring OS.and b. Since the last post to this Web site was in 2013 regarding merging 2 live accounts, in my case that would be an @msn account and a necessary @outlook.com account I had to create because my desktop lost the c:system \user\profiles\desktop. Thus isn't as easy to fix as it was under Vista,Windows 7, or Windows 8.0. So I had no choice but to create a second Administrator accout to try and backup what was in the first run profile.  Now since it was also necessary to purchase Office 365 which has 1 Tb connected to the MSN account you would think that between 2013 and 2015 there should be a resolution to merging the outlook and MSN accounts. Do to the major effect it has on the over all Microsoft Account. ******@msn.com or ******@outlook.com

Since your @msn.com account IS an @outlook.com account, it was unnecessary to create another account. You could have logged into Windows 10 with your existing account.

You can merge two accounts using a tool like Windows Live Mail. It's fairly straight forward. You can't merge OneDrive allocations, however. You can use both allocations separately, though, keeping some files on one and some on the other. One you can sync through the OneDrive folder on the PC, but the other you'll need to use through a web browser.

However there is a larger problem at hand with my system which was the reason for adding the second account.

I don't have the use of my system at the moment so I am replying to you from an Android phone. (1 reason for so many spelling issues the key pad has it's  mind.  Even after I proof read &  before posting  it changes letters to numbers or misspell my words just as it did now).

For this reason I was unable to provide you with the exact Error message that I have on my desktop.  

Every article I have read as well as the wonderful level 2 tech I am working with has also lead me to, stipulates that my desktop profiles are corrupted.   Unfortunately all the articles are for Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8.0.  No one has found a way to correct this in Windows 8.1 or Windows 10.

So in my attempt to work out a fix I needed to create a second Microsoft Account and a second Administrator to see if there is some way to access my personal files.

I will not be able to give this my full attention until Tuesday do to family cometments over the labor day weekend  (in addition to a new great grandson born on Friday, and at this point is in the newborn ICU with his mom) just a bit busy.

What I can tell you is that from my research over the last few days has proven very incitful to the system internals and how from boot to GUI to authentication things have changed.  

So I am more comfortable reinstalling than blowing a system.  That will not be my first move however it is one of my reasons for not being able to completely remove myself from my IT  development area.  Learning is a habit I am have a hard time breaking.

I am sure you are correct and if or when I  am able to merge these accounts I will try your suggestions. Unil then I want to find why this Error developed on the 3 day after Windows 10 Installed.  I also want to see if there is a Powershell script I have overlooked as a possible repair.
