How to merge 2 Microsoft accounts?

Hello,

I created a Outlook email account and I have a other outlook email address that used to be a Hotmail address. Before I knew that you can rename a Outlook account I created another account with the same name. Is it possible to merge the two accounts.

thanks for the Link to try and link my two Microsoft Accounts but the link you gave me not working. The system instructs to try another link.

I am sorry but I have not received any call backs. My number is <Removed PII>

The PC we were working on is still not functioning! I feel maybe c drive needs to be reformatted, although I am not sure. I needed to get my old computer running in order to make this reply..

If needed, I have a spare NTFS 232 GB drive available.

Is there something I can be doing?

Did not work would not go to link when I hit it??? Come on no one picks up a phone anymore I quess If I can't fix this than I need to close my account. PLEASE HELP
