I've lost ALL of my contacts in Outlook.

Just noticed a day or so ago that I've lost all of my contacts/People in Outlook (I did not physically deleted them by mistake).  The Help window says to go to the People page, then in the menu bar click Manage, then click Restore Deleted Contacts.  Unfortunately, when I go into the People page, there is no MENU bar - nothing (except the funny wheel which directs me to the Help page).

    I was able to see my contacts by using Mozilla Firefox and accessing Hotmail/Outlook that way.   If I try to access Outlook through Internet Explorer, my contacts are missing and there is no "restore" button to click.  A computer guy working in our office downloaded Mozilla for me.  That's what I use now for my Outlook/Hotmail account.

    I still can't receive an email from the copier/scanner in our office --  I have to send it to my Yahoo account, which does receive it, then save it as a file.  I then send it out using my Hotmail/Outlook; so I have to open 2 email accounts everyday just to work!!

    I have the very same problem.  Yesterday they were there today NOTHING.  Please help!!!

    Hello,

    I have the same issue. However when I go to restore the contacts it says that there are none to restore and that they cannot be after 30 days. However I never deleted the contact list, no one has access to my account and I used it yesterday with no issues.

    When I go to the people tab and click restore it says there are none to restore. What can I do. I cannot believe I have lost all my contacts via some error. Please assist.

    As requested by Karla Camille O., Moderator, I am letting you know I have replied to the pruvate message.  And just so the folks here in public will know, this us my 35th correspondence with MS Comm...25 in private... and we are no where near a solution even though I hsve been asked to provide ibformation, more than once, and have done so, then have veen told that thr moderators have "determined the (information) doesn't match." And I know it is accurate...so it looks like at this point that my addresses for ALL THREE accounts may he lost forever....

    This is getting ridiculous!!
