Just noticed a day or so ago that I've lost all of my contacts/People in Outlook (I did not physically deleted them by mistake). The Help window says to go to the People page, then in the menu bar click Manage, then click Restore Deleted Contacts. Unfortunately, when I go into the People page, there is no MENU bar - nothing (except the funny wheel which directs me to the Help page).

Hi Eric,
I have replied to your post on the Private Message area. Please check it out and make sure that you are signed in to Microsoft Community using your Microsoft account to be able to read it.
Regards.
So I provided everything you requested in your private email and now all I have is radio silence. My issue isn't solved and I have to send out a group e-mail. No offence but what kind of jerry-rigged system is this? Please help and if you don't what what to do to solve my issue at least let me know so I can switch to another email service. Aint nobody got time for this is what the kids are saying these days.
Hi Roxy and Fatboy,
I can understand your frustration with regard to being unable to view your contacts list and it's my pleasure helping you to access your address list.
Since you've mentioned that you were able to view your contacts list using Mozilla Firefox, we have determined that this issue is not an account related concern. We recommend that you clear your browser's cache and temporary internet files to make sure that they are not causing your issue. This is often caused by a corrupted file in the browser. Please clear your browser's cookies by following the instructions on the link below:

Regarding your concern about why do we have a "private message", please be informed that we are creating private messages for customers so we could further investigate the root cause of their issue about lost contacts.
Don’t hesitate to update this thread if you have further questions.
Thank you!
Why does everything have to be a "private message" This is the message board, isn't it? Other people want to know what related problems everyone else is having and also for Forum Moderator's suggestion -- so why the "private reply"????
