I've lost ALL of my contacts in Outlook.

Just noticed a day or so ago that I've lost all of my contacts/People in Outlook (I did not physically deleted them by mistake).  The Help window says to go to the People page, then in the menu bar click Manage, then click Restore Deleted Contacts.  Unfortunately, when I go into the People page, there is no MENU bar - nothing (except the funny wheel which directs me to the Help page).

    Hi! I have recently lost all my contacts and when I try People.Live.com I am told that there aint no contacts to restore.

    They disappeared only after upgrading to Windows 10.

    Help!

    Welcome to Microsoft Community. I'm glad to assist you on your concern with regards to the recovery of your contacts.

    To recover your deleted contact, please follow the steps below:

    1. Go to http://people.live.com and sign-in using your Microsoft account
    2. On the People page, go to Manage and choose Restore deleted contacts.
    3. Tick the boxes next to the contacts that you want to restore or tick Select all if you want all your deleted contacts to be restored.
    4. Click Restore.

    I use Microsoft Outlook 2010 and inadvertently deleted one of my accounts and all of my contacts went with it.  I reentered the account but the contacts are nowhere to be found.  How can I get them back in Microsoft OUtlook.  Thanks

    When I go to the People Page, I'm told it's unavailable.  Why is that, and what should I do?  I lost my email contacts.

    Karla, that link to the mobile site got my contacts back.    If I should lose them again, how do I get the mobile site from my pc, without your link?
