Hi,

With the warning that a reset will delete AutoComplete data, such as passwords (do you have those backed up?) and you will have to reinstall or re-enable browser add-ons, use the Reset IE Settings button in Internet Options> Advanced.

What a reset of IE settings will do:

Windows Vista Help- Reset Internet Explorer settings:

I am certain that no one here at the Microsoft Community is mucking you about.

If you could provide some information such as:

    1. What problem, specifically, are you having?
    2. Which version of Windows?
    3. Which version of Internet Explorer?
    4. If there is an error message, what's the content of that message?

we might be able to help.

    Don
