    I have try to submit online form few times to retrieve my account. I need the account back badly but i can't remember my secret answer and also my alternate email's password. I haven't change it for years but i have decided to change it weeks ago. Now i couldnt remember any thing. How am i going to take back my account. It's important. Anything to verify other than just to submit a form which the system check it. Now that the system couldn't read or know what i wanted to provide other than the question inside the form that i couldn't answer. Please reply me as soon as possible. Willing to provide any information that i could get. Thanks.

    Hi,

    When setting up my new computer I accidently listed my email address for my microsoft account as '@gmail.com.au'  so obviously I could not verify the account  SO I created a new account '@gmail.com' which I did verify.  I then thought that if I deleted the first account, it would erase it from my computer, but it is still asking for that account.  How do I sort this mess out, so that my computer is associated with the second account?

    I HAD ONE OF MY ACCOUNTS CANCELLED ! I DONT KNOW WHY KINDLY ASSIST ME HOW TO RE-COVER IT AGAIN !  ******@hotmail.com  !  !  !  kindly guide me in this regard  !  !  !
