I am having the biggest issue there is when it comes to accounts and logging in with hotmail..

I have several hotmail accounts that I use to maintain different levels of use, personal, pleasure, and otherwise work..

When I tried to log into my accounts, namely one, I know I'm not mistaken when I imput the required information as the login requires but as I do, I get this message: The Microsoft account is incorrect. Please try again.

Now, please explain to me how if this upgrade to Outlook has taken place and even those with hotmail accounts have been moved to Outlook, why is it that my hotmail accounts, all of them, have this same message? o.O

I had to make a brand new account, just to post this and hopefully get some resolution. Perhaps it's been a while since I have logged into those accounts, or the suspicious name of those accounts, but it isn't important, what IS important is that the information stored on those email accounts is very important to me and I find that this action Microsoft has take is absurd.

Please tell me there is a was that this can be fixed. I really don't like it when someone tells you "Hey, we just cleaned up our customer service by ridding ourselves of all these emails and then telling us we have to make new ones.." This is not how things should be, even if it's a free service and proper mesures were taken. The fact remains that I have lost valuable information, and it's all due to Microsoft. Those emails, they were there for the longest time, I would periodically check in on them to see if anything new developed. Now to find that they are all gone or "inaccessable" it infuriates me to no end that there is nothing I can do but submit some customer support ticket and hope for the best.

I want results! Not some excuses or a run around. If it means having to give the email adresses to an individual working for Microsoft then so be it, at least it's getting somewhere and not nowhere whereas I am at right now.

    Thank you for your time.
