If you are unable to sign in to your account, or have an account-specific inquiry that may require providing personal data to investigate, we now offer a new online form to **contact support**. This helps protect the privacy of your account and allows us to work with you in a secured environment.

Even if you’re not sure where your question belongs, we recommend **creating a support case** and we’ll make sure you find the help that you’re looking for.

I have been waiting since June 3rd for help and nothing has changed except now my account is blocked! They did say that there is an error in their server, so they know what is wrong, they just have not fixed it and provide 0 information. From reading other blogs SOME have regained access in 4-6 months.......don't hold your breathe.

I have tried repeatedly to get a code.  This is my last chance.  I have had this e-mail account for 10 years and do not want to lose it.  I need help.  Someone please e-mail me a code!  This is ridiculous.  If you are trying to lose customers you are doing a fantastic job!!!!!

I was locked out of my account June 3rd, 2013. Microsoft repaired it yesterday. It took quit a while and did cause a bot of frustration. All I can suggest is be persistent and follow up every now and then until it is resolved.

    All the best,

    Peter
