    Please help me unblock my email ID "******@msn.com". i tried so many times following the recovery steps filling out the form and called the customer service for help, but all are not working. i had this email for at least 7-8 yrs, having a lot information there. please, i really need to get it back, is there any way you can just help me unblock it, not all the other links to me but just kept doing the same over and over again but won't work...plz.....thanks.

    You can beg and plead all you want. They have been working on mine for 6 weeks and my e-mail was the first one I ever had! So that puts it at about 10 years. It just locked up one day and my password doesn't work. I tried to reset the password as well as verify and I get the links, but the links are dead as they say "temporarily our of service". So open a complaint and wait and check back. From what I can see, some have gotten it back after 4-6 months! So if your in a pinch, better start calling people. Trust me I lost out on work and I can't even contact my own father because I have no email or phone for him. How is that for messed up! Trying to relay messages back to friends who live somewhat nearby to see if they can get in touch with him, but I don't have a list of everyone email. Hope you have better success than everyone else who has posted on here!

    So how long do we wait or try again later... I'm contacting CNN to see of they can investigate into what a joke Microsoft is. Over 10 years with a Hotmail account with thousand of emails and I cant access them.

    I have been getting the same message since the beginning of June. They have informed me they know why I have the problem, but no time frame to repair or if there is a guarantee to repair it. I have asked if they could just link my account, but they can't do that either. So its wait and wait and wait and...........wait.
