Unfortunately I get the same problem:

... is not allowed to view this incident.

I sent ANOTHER report and they again used the support system to reply which just loops back to the same error message or not being able to login. It is absurd... now I told them to stop using the damn faulty support system and just e-mail me like a normal person because obviously it will just be a waste of time to keep sending me links that I can't see.

Very frustrating... all this to regain access to an account that should not even be unnaccessible in the first place...

I used my password to login then Microsoft decided that someone else MIGHT be using the account, which is false but happened because the account is used from both HOME and OFFICE computers... so now even though I have the password, I'm unable to enter my own account for no real reason at all other than Microsoft crappy system deciding to block it!

    HI Moderator,

My hotmail account was hacked on June 30, 20013 and I was able to get it back but somehow the hacker can retake it within 5-10mins right after even though I changed the secret question, pass, and recovery email and stuffs. This happened 2 times and he changed the alias name on the account so I don't know the login id now.  Could u please help me recover my email? Thank you.

    Hello Tommy,

Two major problems for 3 link accounts.

My 3 Hotmail accounts are linked together. And now all are blocked since last week. I contacted 8 different people thru phone and emails nothing able to helped nor worked! The links that they gave, did not even worked. AND, TOO MANY TO READ AND TOO LONG. When I tried to recover one email account and asked me to put the code and  was sent to another email and since all 3 emails are linked together, I couldn't get the code. The 10 -14 codes that are generated were useless.  Secondly, when I had the page to put my personal information, the billing part is nonsense to me. Why? Because is asking my credit card no and live card no something like that. I DONT HAVE ANY OF THOSE EITHER. And I don't want to, I don't need to and in short, it does not work for everyone. So, I'm STUCK!

My personal address, and my birthday are not enough to RECOVER MY EMAIL account???? Come on..Just make it simple. 6 Personal questions SHOUDL BE ENOUGH TO RECOVER OUR ACCOUNTS.

I had so many email address and emails to check and reply, I had already cancelled our business meeting due to I COULD NOT get the RSVP from my emails. Please HELP...VERY FRUSTRATED!!!!

Just in case...My windows TICKET ID is 1209638504 OR
