    When I try to log in with my MS account, I get this message: error OXD0000225. What should I do?

    Also, I have recently closed an account (with Google) and opened a new account. Then, when I tried to access to store, I can't log in with the new account. There is still the old gmail prompt. How can I change this store log-in info to my new outlook account? Many thanks in advance!

    How do I get some help please? I accidentally deleted my hotmail account. I got the address back quickly, after I realized what I had done. My contacts were still available but all my folders and my emails were gone. Can they be recovered? Thank you, Velda Crawford
