If you are unable to sign in to your account, or have an account-specific inquiry that may require providing personal data to investigate, we now offer a new online form to **contact support**. This helps protect the privacy of your account and allows us to work with you in a secured environment.

Even if you’re not sure where your question belongs, we recommend **creating a support case** and we’ll make sure you find the help that you’re looking for.

Hotmail opens but I can not open the individual emails?????

Hello ... the support is not working. All we get is a 'how well did we do?' survey. The system is not working and we cannot get to our email accounts please resolve it instead of posting links that are no good and then locking threads to make it look like the case is closed.
