If you are unable to sign in to your account, or have an account-specific inquiry that may require providing personal data to investigate, we now offer a new online form to **contact support**. This helps protect the privacy of your account and allows us to work with you in a secured environment.

Even if you’re not sure where your question belongs, we recommend **creating a support case** and we’ll make sure you find the help that you’re looking for.

I have asked at least two dozen times for help with same issue, created endless amount of support cases and have been ignored. If anyone cares then I really need help with this.      I would also be delighted if anyone at Microsoft actually emailed with a reply instead of the usual automated one. As previously stated in another post here my account has been blocked for weeks without any reasonable explanation .

I am really desperate and have lost faith in Microsoft, and sympathise with everyone else experiencing the same issue.

I created a support case 2 weeks and did not hear anything and then I created another one on Thursday but again have not heard despite it saying it would be 24 hours contact time. I am trying to access my account and need to see some important information in folders for work and some invitations but I am unable to do so. I can only get e-mails that come in on my I phone but then they go quite quickly from my phone,.

    please help
