If you are unable to sign in to your account, or have an account-specific inquiry that may require providing personal data to investigate, we now offer a new online form to **contact support**. This helps protect the privacy of your account and allows us to work with you in a secured environment.

Even if you’re not sure where your question belongs, we recommend **creating a support case** and we’ll make sure you find the help that you’re looking for.

    Help!

Yesterday, 5/5/13 I was forced by Microsoft to change my Outlook password ( email was recently migrated from HotMail).  Something went wrong, and now I can't sign-in.  I submitted the recover password form several times and rec'd a reply that I did not submit enough info to be verified.  Now I have exceeded the number of times I can submit the forms in one day.  I need to access my email which is different from the one used to send this, as my wife has applied for several jobs and is waiting for interview info.  Help!
