    This service provided by Microsoft has not been helpfull at all. Thanks anyaways Microsoft for the endless loop of help topics and inquiry forms which did not resolve my issue at all. To those out there still suffering from an issue with your hotmail accounts, I have one word for you Microsoft.. Thanks.

    la verdad me cuesta creer  que esto tenga un motivo cierto, pero al cambiar la cuenta a outlook 

    no pude entrar mas con mi cuenta hotmail, te piden el cel. de contacto, la cuenta hotmail la abrí en el año 2004 o antes, ese teléfono no lo tengo hace tiempo, pero me acuerdo de mis tres contraseñas las que use desde que tengo hotmail, de las preguntas secretas, puse tres direcciones de correo,

    pero no me acuerdo de los asuntos, normalmente mando los email sin ponerlos, pero necesito recuperar mis contactos por temas de trabajo, y por las veces que intente esto no tiene solución
