If you are unable to access your primary account, you can use an alternate account (if you have one) or create a new one at https://signup.live.com.

    why can I not read my Hotmail messages before outlook. I am not use to computors. I want it simple. may be a call to outlook

    Oh this is ridiculous , they switched me to another post again , it is 5 times already , so there is nobody to help me ? I will never use outlook again , NEVER !!!

    I suggest you call your local police department and tell someone there your story.  Maybe not 911, but I'd look up the number in a phone book if i could find one, ask to talk to a detective.
