If you are unable to sign in to your account, or have an account-specific inquiry that may require providing personal data to investigate, we now offer a new online form to **contact support**. This helps protect the privacy of your account and allows us to work with you in a secured environment.

Even if you’re not sure where your question belongs, we recommend **creating a support case** and we’ll make sure you find the help that you’re looking for.

Hi I have an account that shows it does not exist when I try to sign in but says that account name already exists when I attempt to create it as a new account. I need to see the status of this account and recover it if possible.
