New Microsoft Account Support Available

I suggest you call your local police department and tell someone there your story.  Maybe not 911, but I'd look up the number in a phone book if i could find one, ask to talk to a detective.

I hear you, and i hope that is at least some form of help.  I'm just trying to play spades, but sometimes i can't get it to work.

I know for sure that my account is hacked (not this one of course, and it's very illogical that you can't participate on the forums if you don´t sign in) and the person that did this is threatening and blackmailing me. She changed the security email to one of hers, and the phone number that is linked to my account is no longer active. I know she has a software to see the passwords,because she hacks continously email and facebook accounts of several people.  

This person has also some kind of device or software that impedes the recovery codes from being sent to my phone or alternate email. I know this because she hacked my facebook account too, and I tried with several numbers and email adresses and they never work. She sent me a message showing me one of the numbers I had used.

She still has access to my hotmail account, that I had had for 14 years, and which contains sensitive information from my private life. I erased the account, but she still has access to the contacts and information.

She took all the contacts from my email, and added them, together with all of my friends on facebook, to a fake account on my name. From this fake account, and from one of her many fake hotmail accounts she has sent information that she stole from my email to other people in order to hurt me.

I am really desperate, because she still has control of everything, and I´m also helpless, because in my case I needed personalized and rapid assistance, and with these big companies like Facebook and Microsoft I just get sent to webpages and forums that don´t have the answer to my case. This person wants to affect me, and I alone can´t do anything to stop her. I really need your help. I 've been struggling with this problem for a week now, and it has gotten worse and worse because I don´t know how to protect myself, I don´t have the technical knowledge and capabilities.

The account she hacked is ******@hotmail.com. I have all the documents that prove that this account has been mine since I was 12 years old.

I had the same problem as you too. I got so fed up since the system ALWAYS gives the message "There is an error. Please try again later" something like that. It was stupid! I tried resetting for more than 10 times and I finally gave up. I had to pay a repair man to fix my laptop, in re-installing Windows again. Never will I set any password to my laptop! It's ****!! Made me waste my money to fix it and cause all my data to be gone. Microsoft has the LOUSIEST problem solution to all these password related issues. IT NEVER WORKS!
