how to stop outlook.com redirect to ninemsn.com.au after loggin out? This only happens since a few days ago.

Question from Australia:

When i upgraded hotmail to outlook.com, one of the most stunning feature is after logging out outlook.com, it just stay with outlook.com log out page. However a few days ago, i noticed after logging out outlook.com, the browser was automatically redirected to ninemsn.com.au like what hotmail used to do. This website re-direction is really annoying and I would appreciate any help to show me how this can be stopped.

    I have had the same issue.  I  am very annoyed by being automatically directed to MSN.  I alone chose what information I look at or not. 

    So, I am going to need a procedure to stop this from happening.  If the best answer is still (2 years later)that this happens by default and I can post a suggestion and hope for a solution in the future then by default I will stop paying my annual fee.

    I saw my private email you said that you sent me (although it took me ages to actually find it).  I tried to do a screenshot with your directions on how to do it but I am not savvy enough to understand it all and that's why I haven't sent anything.

    The problem still exists after reading my emails I am directed to America MSN page :::yawn:::.  I then have to click back to ninemsn homepage on my tab further down.  It is a pain in the neck, it wasn't our fault this end that the problem started happening it's your end.  Why can't you just restore back to 2 months ago and fix it up at your end??????

    Yahoo mail is looking better and better at the moment.  If it gets bad, I might have to resort back to that but I don't want to.

    I tried Outlook out a few days a go and raved about it to family and friends, but now am about to abandon it because of the problem discussed in this thread, landing on the MSN page when I close my Outlook email.  In several threads on the issue it is comical if it wasn't so time-consuming and frustrating, those with the problem are given the run around over and over through 4 or 5 pages without obtaining a quick and easy solution.
