    Hi BryanGilbreath,

I am glad to hear that you are now able to add an image to your signature text. I also understand that some of the recipients of the email are unable to view the signature that you have included on the message. Kindly verify to those recipients what they are seeing on your signature line.

Also, inform the recipients of your email to add you on their Safe sender's list to make sure that the content of the message is not being blocked by our Smartscreen filters. Follow the steps below on how to do so:

    1. Sign in https://mail.live.com
    2. Click the gear iconlocated at the upper-right side of the page.
    3. Select More mail settings.
    4. Under Preventing junk email, click Safe and blocked senders.
    5. Click Blocked senders.
    6. Enter the email address or domain on the box labeled Blocked email address or domain: and click Add to list >>.

If the recipient of the email uses a different email provider, please inform them to contact their support on how they can add you on their Safe list.

Please let us know if you need additional assistance.

    Thank you.

Thanks Merelyn. I did get it figured out. I ended up using another resource to host my image. I then pasted the html into the 'Edit in HTML' window and  hit 'Save'. It seems to be working. Some people I send the message to, with the signature, can't view it for some reason but most can. Thanks again, Bryan

    Hello,

I would like to know more about this issue so that I can help you in resolving this. Please confirm if you can see the signature that you have added while in compose page. If not, on the signature box in options page, confirm if you can see that added image. I just want to remind you that you need click Save so that the image will be saved.

    Thank you.
