Hello,

When I try to log in to Hotmail using my other account, I get the message "It looks like someone else might be using your account". On the next screen I get "There's a temporary problem with the service. Please try again. If you continue to get this message, try again later."

I have tried this on several computers using Internet Explorer, Firefox and Safari. This is going on for several days now. Please suggest on how to solve this.

    I am having the same problem with a hotmail account.  I get the same message and it has been 24 hours.  I need that account for the contacts and history.  What do I do?  I have cleared my browser and ran a virus scan and a adware scan but it doesn't help

    There are only opinions and suggestions offered here.

    If you want to actually solve any problems with your account, you have to deal with MSN "support".

    Here is how it works.

    You fill out a form and state your problem.

    Then wait forever.

    If you do actually get a response from "support", you get to go round and round in circles for days on end until you want to pull out your hair.

    Then you come back here and look for answers.

    Read these posts.
