Hello,

When I try to log in to Hotmail using my other account, I get the message "It looks like someone else might be using your account". On the next screen I get "There's a temporary problem with the service. Please try again. If you continue to get this message, try again later."

I have tried this on several computers using Internet Explorer, Firefox and Safari. This is going on for several days now. Please suggest on how to solve this.

Regards,

Arthur

    Hello,

I too am having an issue with one of my end-user's account.  I have cleared the cache on all web browsers (Google Chrome, IE 10, and Firefox).  I am getting the following error:

"There's a temporary problem with the service. Please try again. If you continue to get this message, try again later"

    Thank you.

    Hi Fpagan33,

Let me find a solution for you on your issue with regard on getting that error message when accessing an account in Outlook.com.

Allow me to ask some questions for us to come up with a right solution. What exactly they are trying to access when getting an error message? Are they trying to open an individual email, access a calendar? Have you made any changes on the account?

As an initial troubleshooting step, I advise you to check the status of the account by going to this link.

Make sure also that you are using a browser supported by Outlook.com. You can refer to this link for your reference.

Which browsers are supported by SkyDrive, People and Outlook.com?

We will be waiting for your reply.

    Thank you.

    Hi Carl_311 and MaggieXH.,

I understand that you both getting the error: "There's a temporary problem with the service. Please try again. If you continue to get this message, try again later." Let me assist you.

As our initial troubleshooting step, I recommend that you clear your browser's cache and temporary internet files to make sure that they are not causing your issue. This is often caused by a corrupted file in the browser. Please clear your browser's cookies by following the instructions on the link below:

**How to Clear Your Browser's Cache**

I also encourage you to keep your web browser up to date. If you’re not using an updated browser, some parts of Hotmail/Outlook.com might not work and it might not display properly. To download the latest version of browser, go to this link: **Supported browsers**

In addition, please try to access your email account using another browser or computer and inform us if the same issue happens.

Lastly, please refer to the article below for more information:

**I cannot sign into my account. What can I do to solve this issue?**

Should you have further questions, please let us know.

    Thanks!
