Hey man, thx for the reply, I have changed the password multiple times from my recovery mail which is a gmail by going to the login page. And after signing in the account with the new password, it still goes to ask that i authenticate myself. I cant get past the authentication page, it shows up a red message that states " there is a temporary problem with the service. please try again. if you continue to get this message, try again later" which i have tried god know how many times. I then went to the "i cant verify my account" option and then filled out the form from the info i have in my desktop outlook mail and keeps receiving automated mails that say that the information i have given is insufficient. Latest attempts now tell me to go make a new account which i have as you can see and have asked MS support for help but no F***king help is given. I dont mind restarting on a new account but i had attached a game tag to the account and started a download with a one time redeem code. Now the Xbox 360 fails to sign into the account saying it because of authentication failure, And i cant access my mail to get the game tag attached to my new account.

I hear u man and I feel your pain. Microsoft is the worst at keeping these account idiot free. I had this same issue. What I had to do is go to the log in page and click change password and after u change it u should be good. If u have any problems past that just reply to this and I'll try to hlp.

I have been blocked out of my account since last month and i have an Xbox 360 redeem code linked to this account which i cannot use in a new account. What bulshit is this , why does outlook have to ask us to authenticate yourself. I mean isn't changing the password enough. i have changed the password multiple times and still the account goes to ask me to authenticate myself which it has failed multiple times...... i have asked MS support for help with useless automated replies which now tells me go and make anew account, its not about making a new **** account, its about getting this account back....they should stop those stupid automated replies to our request for authentication and they should put in all the account recovery mails as an option for sending the code to on the authentication page. The authentication page is set to an account i dont remember and i cant authenticate my account and the information forms are returning useless automated failure replies each time.
