Hello forum,

I have a problem due to the security account policy.I am trying to access my father's account but whenever i enter the password of theemail,the message appears that this account may have been used somewhere and unable to access the account.So,i tried to confirm the account using security check options and enter the last 4 digits of the mobile number.I entered the last 4 digits of the mobile number but the message keep coming" There's a temporary problem with the service. Please try again. If you continue to get this message, try again later".So i am not able to access the code that microsoft will send to my mobile number.The other alternate mail address provided is also deactivated and used no more. And i have  also tried accessing my account using the security questions but the security answers provided doesn't satisfy the microsoft.This security procedure is creating rather more problems than solving security issues,

Please provide me with the assistance so that i can reach my father's account

Here is a problem.

If you set your reset password link to another email account or cell phone and that e mail account or phone service that has now been closed, now there is no where for the code to go.

So then you think, well just send it to a different email address or to my new cell phone number.

No problem, but,

Now you find that you have to wait 30 days before you can use it and if you are locked out of your account, well too bad.

If you depend on Outlook for business or personal use. Oh well stuff happens.

This has happened to a lot of people here.

In fact just messing around with your e mail settings can get you accidently locked out for 30 days.

This has also happened to a lot of people here.

Is there a way around this? Not that I have ever seen here yet.

Such is the "wonderful" Outlook.

But that is just one of the problems you can run into by using Outlook.

I have the same problem with my account ******@hotmail.com I get a messages asking me to verify my account. Once I enter the verification code I get the message "There's a temporary problem with the service. Please try again. If you continue to get this message, try again later." I tried from IE and firefox and I get the same result.
