The ads are how Microsoft makes the money to keep Outlook free.
You can upgrade to Outlook Plus (paid) to be rid of them permanently.
If you have PLUS and ads please contact the Billing Department.
If you are using Firefox you can use either popup blocker or No-script but neither will reclaim the space the ads take up.
Hi,
I've been trying to download firefox now for like 10x - it does not load. I got to the option https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/webmail-ad-blocker// then it keeps on asking me to download, etc. Then msft blocks it and asks what app I want to use...
It's a nightmare in Office 365 & in Office 2016!

Did you verify that Webmail Ad Blocker was successfully installed in Firefox?
@EmmEssEnn, I just downloaded the firefox/Mozilla webad blocker and sorry, it did not work in taking out or not having any targeted ads. I opened my Outlook.live account just now. They still exist and have not disappeared.
