Hi,
I need to remove contacts of gmail from outlook.com people. I have posted this problem in this thread
and I was asked by Forum moderators Alden D. and John Paul M. to create a new thread so that a moderator can properly address to me. Now I am waiting for a moderator to address to me.
The problem I am facing is I am unable to remove gmail contacts from outlook.com account. Many people seems to have the same problem

@DeputyDog67: Thanks! This solved my problem!
I'll post when the folders are/can be deleted.
Thank you for posting this. I was able to delete my google contacts, however, I'm still unable to delete my Google contacts folder.
I hope Microsoft updates their services as soon as possible.
Hi
I don't know about you, but that marvellous update either isn't available or doesn't work for me. I've been trying for months to get rid of the disconnected services and trying to re-sync them (they were not syncing correctly) and I'm still waiting. No real support from Microsoft. They keep asking useless questions that I have answered a million times and getting useless advice that doesn't even gor further than disconnecting a service that isn't connected.
Hope you had better luck.
Reading on the thread I found your helpful post on how to remove the contacts from the people page... I'm going to try to sync again, since I do want to sync my google contacts, to see I can do it now that the list is empty. It seems the update is still on its way (to Cairo). But at least you've helped me get rid of the contacts, and you got sort of someone to really help you, not like me. Microsoft has never been so frustrating for me, I'm thinking of going back to Gmail... and I do hate that.
