Can the AdChoices bar be removed from Outlook.com?

Is there a way to disable the AdChoices bar in outlook.com? It's annoying.

    Theer is no "Close Ad" function anywehere in the ad column. What are you talking about?

    Unfortunately, this is not available in free Outlook.com. If you want an advertisement free account, you may sign up to an Ad-free Outlook.com account. Please refer to the link given by Johan\_d. to do so.

    That does not remove the right hand side ad pane. It just leaves you with dead space. This sucks and I'll be looking for another way to get my mail.

    Microsoft "This is NOT GOOD" hate it. Change this back or lose more customers. Google here I come.
