Can the AdChoices bar be removed from Outlook.com?

Sorry but this is not true. When I login with other outlook.com free accounts, the adds column does not even show. Why is that?

NOTE: I just upload to Outlook.com and the gray bar, in which there are like ads from Outlook and Microsoft and below appears AdChoices. I would like to know if this bar can be removed for ever. It upsets a lot, because you don't enough space to see the subject from your e-mail messages.

I  have been a Hotmail member for like 15 years and i do not like this ad choice banner on the right of the inbox. I do not have a option to close this only two buttons that open new windows with preferences. Please advise to how to even temporarily disable this feature in outlook.com thank you...
