Can the AdChoices bar be removed from Outlook.com?

On what specific part of your account do you see this AdChoices bar? Is in on your Inbox page?

It is right smack in the inbox page.  It is a column on the right hand side.  I too find it annoying and want to remove it.  I want back the real estate taken up by this bar.
